Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy 

Coco La Vie will gladly accept returns on orders placed within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start the return process, email us and include your name, order number, and reason for your return and we will be happy to assist you. Please note, we only accept returns for items purchased through www.coco-la-vie.com. Gift cards and sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@coco-la-vie.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sorry, Coco La Vie is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped in order to track the delivery date/time.
